Author's note::

Greetings, lovely individuals! I was struck by an exciting idea for a story that combines my admiration for both "Left Right Left" and "Twilight Saga." I do not claim ownership of any characters from either series, but the storyline is my own creation. I gathered information about vampires from various sources, such as Google, the Twilight books, and fan sites. I sincerely hope that you will relish this tale as much as I delight in penning it.

Kindly note that certain elements of the story may not adhere to logic since it is a work of fiction and not a portrayal of real life. Please go with the flow and enjoy the ride.

She stared at the letter of approval in her hands. She couldn't believe how easy it was to attain it. Money could buy anything it seemed. With a deep sigh, she placed the letter on the coffee table before turning towards her family.

"So, you're really going?" asked Thomas, the leader of her family.

Yes, her family had a leader because, unlike other families, none of the five people in this family were related by blood. They were related by venom, Thomas's venom.

"Yes, I am," Naina replied, the stubborn lilt clear in her tone.

Thomas sighed before glancing at his mate, urging him to say something.

"Naina, baby girl, you're still really young. Are you sure you'll be able to control your bloodlust? Forget the bloodlust... will you be able to control your anger enough to avenge your brother?" Jeremy, Thomas's mate, asked worriedly.

"They killed my brother," Naina snarled. "I wasn't even able to see him in the last six years. They snatched my brother of not only his life but also his honor. How dare they!" she roared.

Natasha, the mother figure of their family, approached Naina and cupped her face. "You're right, Naina. They did those awful things. But for you to avenge your brother, you HAVE to keep strict control of yourself. If you're determined to do this, then you have to take all the precautions you can. Do you understand?" she told her kindly.

Taking a deep breath, Naina nodded.

"Naina dear, if this is what you want, our whole family will help you on your mission. But you have to make sure to NEVER break two rules. One, you can NEVER tell a human your secret. Two, you can't bite a child under sixteen. You get that?" William, the father figure of their family pointed out.

"I'll make sure of it," Naina vowed.

She was ready for whatever came her way. She was a part of a family that loved her and had her back. And she was going to make them proud.

Thomas sighed, shaking his head. He ran his fingers through his long hair in frustration. "I don't understand why I'm allowing this." he growled. His long dark gold-brown hair and beard made him look like the beast prince from 'Beauty and the Beast'.

Jeremy smiled before wrapping his arms around his mate. "Because we love her and you trust her. And it's not like we won't be nearby to protect her. If anything goes wrong, we'll just kill the whole academy and vanish into thin air like before," he pacified kindly.

Calmer than before, Thomas nodded. "ANY problem and you will call us," he ordered.

Naina grinned before she rushed to them and hugged them tightly. "Thank you so much, Tom & Jerry," she gushed.

"Do NOT call us that," Thomas grumbled, hugging her back. Jeremy chuckled at their banter.

William wrapped his arm around his mate and wife. "Naina made our family complete, didn't she?" he stated, seeing those three.

"Yes, she did," Natasha replied, smiling as she leaned back against her husband. "And we'll make sure to keep her safe, no matter what." she added, determination shining in her eyes.

The group shared a moment of silence, each lost in their own thoughts before Naina spoke up. "I have to start packing." she said, breaking the silence. "I don't have much time left."

"Right. We'll leave you to it then." William said, before leading Natasha and Jeremy out of the room.

As they walked down the hall, Jeremy turned to William. "Do you think she'll be okay?" he asked, his voice filled with concern.

"I don't know. But we have to trust her. She's a strong girl and she knows what she's doing." William replied, putting a reassuring hand on Jeremy's shoulder.

Natasha nodded in agreement. "And we'll be there for her every step of the way. We're a family, and we protect our own." she added, determination once again shining in her eyes.

"Absolutely." Thomas added firmly.

With that, the four of them continued down the hall, ready to support Naina in any way they could.

Naina packed her bag, silently thanking God. She reminisced about how she came to join the Campbell clan, a vampire coven led by the formidable Thomas Campbell. Thomas was turned into a vampire 500 years ago at the age of 28, and he had an unwaveringly protective and possessive nature when it came to his mate and family members. Once he welcomed you into his clan, he'd go to any length to protect and support you. Though he may come off as tough and unapproachable, he was like a coconut; hard on the outside, but sweet and caring on the inside. He was a force to be reckoned with, and his piercing red eyes added to his fearsome demeanor.

The second member of the Campbell clan was Jeremy, who was Tom's mate and husband. Thomas had turned him into a vampire when he was 25 years old, 270 years ago. When they first met, Jeremy was being abused due to his sexuality. Tom saved him and turned him into a vampire the same night. Jeremy was known for his logical thinking and honesty. Although he was soft, kind and loving, he could also become violent and lethal if anyone threatened his mate or family. Jeremy had a special ability similar to Marcus Volturi, who was one of the three leaders of the royal Volturi coven. While Marcus had the gift of identifying relationships and emotional ties between individuals, Jeremy had the gift of identifying soulmates.

William and Natasha joined the Campbell clan 150 years ago when Thomas and Jeremy came to India on vacation. The couple had been forced into starvation due to the East India Company seizing their lands, and they had joined a revolt against the company. During an attack, Jeremy found the badly wounded couple and immediately recognized them as soulmates. He offered to save them, and William agreed as long as Natasha could also be saved. Jeremy brought them back to the clan's home, and Thomas turned them into vampires. William was 42 years old at the time, and Natasha was 36.

Because William and Natasha were older in human age, they often pretended to be the parents of the younger members of the clan when they moved to new locations.

Naina joined this family recently, just six years ago. On her first day of college at the age of 18, she had lots of fun and was eager to share her excitement with her older brother, Naveen. However, on her way back home, she was kidnapped and sold into a human trafficking ring. She was repeatedly beaten and had attempted to escape several times, each time ending up in even worse condition. On the brink of death from her injuries, Thomas and Jeremy happened to stumble upon the trafficking ring while hunting. After saving the other captives, they noticed Naina barely clinging to life. Thomas felt a strange connection and affection for her, reminiscent of the warmth he felt for his own daughter before he was turned into a vampire. He made the decision to turn her, which was a difficult adjustment for Naina. She struggled to come to terms with the fact that she would never see her family again, especially her brother Naveen.

Thomas and Jeremy had to take Naina out of India to help her get used to her new life as a vampire. William and Natasha joined them a few months later. They returned three months ago because Naina insisted that she had proper control over her bloodlust and she wanted to see her brother. However, her hopes were shattered when they learned what had happened to her family in her absence. Her brother had been accused of being a traitor and was subsequently killed. Her parents couldn't handle losing both of their children one by one. Her father suffered a stroke and her mother begged and pleaded with relatives for help, but no one came forward. On the way back to the hospital, her mother had an accident and Naina ended up losing her whole family in a series of freak accidents.

Thomas and Naina went to collect her family's belongings when she noticed an unopened letter. It seemed that in their rush, her parents were not able to open this letter. In the letter, Naveen had told his parents how he was being tortured. He also wrote that all of this was happening because he got close to the real traitor, so they trapped him instead. He told his parents to trust only one person, his best friend Captain Rajveer Singh Shikhawat.

After reading the letter, Naina was determined to prove her brother's innocence. With the help of William and Thomas, she was able to find out where her brother was posted when he was arrested, but she couldn't find out the details. So she decided to join the Kanchenjunga Military academy to find out the information herself.

An expensive black Rolls-Royce Phantom came to a stop in front of KMA. Thomas glanced at the rearview mirror and said, "Naina, I'm agreeing to this only because I trust you to call for help as soon as you feel like you're losing control of your bloodlust. Your gift of illusion is another reason. You can make people see what you want and unsee what you don't want. Still, be very careful. Try not to touch anyone. Be careful with your strength. Try not to come into the sunlight without your illusion. Please keep us updated. We'll keep on providing you with blood in secret."

Naina smiled warmly at her creator. "I promise I'll be careful. I also don't want people to think of me as a walking, talking disco ball," she joked. "And I've fed so much in the last few days that I'm feeling sloshy at the moment. The blood might even come out if I bend over," she smirked.

"We trust you," Jeremy told her with a kind smile. "Good luck, kid."

"You got the bottles?" Thomas inquired with a frown.

"Yup," Naina replied, raising four 2-litre stainless steel water bottles with a grin.

"Fine. Go ahead and good luck," Thomas said with a resigned sigh.

"I love you, Tom & Jerry," she told them as she gave them hugs from the back seat before getting out of the car.

"Don't call us that!" Thomas scolded from behind, making her grin in amusement.

She waved without looking back and headed in. She paused in front of the Amar Jawan Jyoti and stared at the fire burning there. She saluted the fire and thought to herself, "Naveen bhaiya, I wish you were here to see me now. I'm in your beloved academy. The place that was your home away from home. The very place that betrayed you... left your side when you needed it the most. I promise... I'll kill each member of this academy if I'm not able to prove you innocent."

After asking around, she reached Brigadier Chandok, the Commandant of KMA's office.

A group of first-year cadets were already gathered outside the cabin. As Naina walked in, dragging her bag behind her, everyone started staring at her open-mouthed. Vampires were always extraordinarily beautiful, some more attractive than others. After the change, a vampire's physical appearance and muscle mass are enhanced and perfected. Since Naina was already beautiful in her human life, she became even more beautiful after her transformation. She was wearing a black Henley shirt, a pair of white skinny jeans, a Levi's denim jacket, and Gucci Ace embroidered sneakers. She was dressed casually, but her vampire side was attracting everyone in the vicinity. After all, this was one of the several features meant to attract their prey, more specifically, to fascinate and, if necessary, seduce unsuspecting humans to hunt and feed on.

Naina ignored everyone and placed her bag on one side when she heard a boy greeting her politely, "Hello, I'm Ali."

Naina smiled at the boy and replied, "Hi, I'm Naina."

"Hello, I'm Pooja. Nice to connect with you both," said a girl waving at them energetically.

A boy came out of BC's room and sighed in relief before grinning in their direction. "Hey, everyone. I'm Yudi. Who's next?"

Ali raised his hand with a smile.

"Good luck, chief," Yudi said, shaking his head and joining the girls as Ali headed inside. Ten minutes later, Ali came out and nodded to let them know that he was accepted. Naina entered the room and greeted him as she was supposed to.

BC frowned upon seeing her and said, "I think you've come for the wrong profession. You should be in the fashion industry instead. And are you really 22 years old? You look younger."

"My face or appearance doesn't describe me, sir. My stubbornness and persistence to win and fight for this country do. And I can show you physical proof that in none of the military books in the world is it written that an army officer can't be good looking. It's not my fault that I was blessed with good genes," Naina replied dryly.

BC shook his head in disagreement. "I can see you came first in the entrance exam, but I don't think you have the ability to endure the pain or have the bravery to complete army training," he countered.

"And you decided this by seeing my face? How do you know that I don't have those and more? What proof do you have? Or is it because I'm a girl? Are you discriminating due to my gender, sir? Did you know discriminating based on someone's gender is a crime? Should I... alert the higher authority of what's happening in this academy?" she asked, tilting her head with a devilish smirk.

BC's face turned into stone as he realized the veiled threat in her tone. For some reason, that smile on her face was sending a warning to his sixth sense. Grumbling, he stamped her application with the 'accepted' stamp and said, "We will see. It would be my greatest pleasure to see you thrown out of my academy when you fail in your tasks."

Naina smiled sweetly and said, "And I promise that I will accept the sword of honor from your hands and a proud smile from you," and she left the room.
